My antique violin, which dates from around the 1930′s, has become a versatile subject for photography. It can look different from even the slightest change of position. It has been one of the most interesting items that I have photographed to date. One photo can keep you occupied for a long time experimenting with all the different treatments and textures etc.

Here are a few of the shots I have take recently.  At least I can photograph it even if I can’t play it.
